'Ember & Crust Pizzeria Authentic Taste, Every Slice started with a clear vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Naples. Established by the Bianchi family in 1987, our shop opened as a cozy, family-run spot, guided by recipes passed down through the years.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, honed the craft while traveling across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. Back in the UK, she set out to capture that authentic Italian flavor with time-tested techniques and exceptional ingredients.

What started as a tiny 12-seat spot has become a neighborhood favorite, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We still rely on wood-fired baking, prepare dough fresh each day, and choose only top-tier ingredients.

Today, 'Ember & Crust Pizzeria Authentic Taste, Every Slice is still family-run, with the second generation of the Bianchi family guiding our devoted crew. Though we welcome thoughtful innovations, our core purpose endures: serving real, delicious pizza that unites people.
